Chapter one

Two paths, one road.

She came from Ukraine. He grew up by the Norwegian sea. Somewhere between two languages and one long winter, we found each other — and decided we would rather face every season together than any of them apart.

We are gathering the people we love inside walls that have stood for nine hundred years, under a roof of glass that lets the Nordic sky right in — old stone, new light, and ready for whatever comes next.

The date

Saturday
23 May 2026
Ceremony at 12:00

The place

Sola Ruinkyrkje

A medieval stone church on the Norwegian coast.
Nine-hundred-year-old fieldstone walls beneath a roof of glass — old stone, open sky, and sea-air at the door.

The day
